As we get deeper into the year, and the seasons do their dance, autumn gives way to winter. The human being, created in the Divine image, is born into this world to turn darkness into light and frigidness into warmth. You, the Divine image, do this by lighting one light. Then you light another light, everyday with every act adding another light and another. Before long, the cold, dark night gives way to the warm glow of candlelight. The naturally inclined call it a miracle, the miracle of light, but those who are in the know call it as it is: the illuminated face of true reality.
