    In terms of seeing a therapist, the rebbe once told me personally, b’zeh ha’lashon: ‘Tov sh’yehei yirei shamayim, u’lchol hapachus, lo yenaged l’yirei (or yiras? not sure) shamayim.’ It’s probably printed somewhere, but just in case you haven’t seen/heard this.
