I agree with you that the optimum way would be to turn to a mashpia for emotional help. As I’ve seen throughout the past few years different physiologists and although some of them helped me, it was sometimes hard for them to relate to our mentality and culture. My question is, why don’t mashpim receive some training in these areas? I’ve found that often they are oblivious to the situation or there advice isn’t practical.
