Keep On Going

Does your disposition limit your potential? Is your destiny dictated by your character flaws? Do your traumas define who you are? A key attribute of healthy people is that the things that have happened to them, as well as their moods and character flaws, do not define who they are. The healthy attitude is, “I experienced it, but that is not me.” You are not a victim of circumstances — you have total control to be an active agent in shaping your destiny. Remember that you have unrealized potential waiting to be released, and thus, there is always new hope. Even if something bad happened to you yesterday, today is a new day with new possibilities — so keep on going.
