One does not “become” a leader. The emphasis on “leadership” is twisted. MLK said it best…”we can all lead because we can all serve” In this Jews experience, The model most use to weigh success in leadership is as twisted as most “religous” and business leaders. Because one has gained success in the mundane, like so many folk, it does not make them an appropriate leader for the future and Tikkun Olam. Thank G-d for R. Jacobson and MLC…at least the words remain true.
