When you never try loose leaf tea you can’t know your teabag tee taste bad. I learned by imitation & automatics repetition & mental visualisation.
I didn’t learn to know how to express my disacort in a calm way: even if the people around me lying about the fact, do not change to fixe the situation or accord more privilege to other without valuable reasons.
I modified my behavior:
I learned to automatically cry and stop to cry with actor exercise. I would like to be a able to express myself and to act in calm way in front of difficulties.
Now, I will do exercises to learn to express in calm in front of situations create tensions inside me. I need to reprogram my behavior and to definite me in an other way.
