The key thing is to be more loving—to try to be kind and helpful to others today. Let’s discover who you are—what should I be doing today to feel some kind of fulfillment. Make a plan right now to call somebody, or send an e-mail, or even write to somebody and see if there’s anyone out there that you can help.

Can you think of something that you can say that would uplift their spirit? How many compliments can you give to others today? Find something that you can offer. The more you give, the more your soul comes alive and the more confident you become.

Reach out to other people today—don’t expect people to come to you. You be that shining light that initiates, that makes things happen.

If you have low self-esteem, immediately think of what you can do to make the day better for somebody else. The key is to stop thinking about the self. The more you think about your needs and self-interest, the worse you’ll feel.

Focus on what you can contribute to help another person. The most secure people are the ones that know how to give to others. We are not in control over our lives, but we are in control of what we do with our lives. You control what you are going to do about it.

If you want confidence and self-esteem—serve. Do something for another today. Show kindness and compassion. Do the right things and your self-esteem will grow.

Discover another dimension of yourself. Let your light and soul fly. The soul thrives on loving and giving. Security could never come from temporary things and material things—especially when your life is driven by your needs and self-interest.

As a result, you’re not in control of your narrative. Your narrative controls you. You’re in control of how you’re going to react. It’s all about navigation. The key is to understand your soul—and you eliminate dark forces by bringing light into the picture.

When you are tied to positive spiritual values, you don’t fall down. So when you’re faced with a challenge, you have an opportunity to reconnect.

And distractions and outer stimulation allow us an opportunity to see people in a new way—a new light— A deeper relationship. The more you connect with that beautiful part of yourself, you will create a new approach to life.
