Attention all our dear ladies! This Monday, let’s celebrate the birthday of our dear Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka together starting with a morning of spiritual awareness.

We invite all women seeking spirituality, inspiration or just a little dose of feminine energy and meditation to grab a cup of coffee and join us for an incredible interview with two powerhouses – Michal Oshman, director of diversity and inclusion at Tik Tok and writer of best selling book What Would You Do if You Weren’t Afraid, and Sara Blau, educator, speaker and acclaimed writer, who recently published the book Close to You based on Tanya Meditations. This inspiring conversation is moderated by Sheli Atara Man, the Meaningful Life Center Director of Education Initiatives.

Topics covered in this talk are current and inspiring, touching on many subjects including: What is meditation? How do I deal with a busy schedule, juggling all my responsibilities? What is fear and how do I overcome it? All from the perspective of leading modern day women, sharing wisdom, motivation and empowerment from their life experiences.

Join in and invite a friend! See you this coming Monday! ☕️🥐
