TISHREI 4.
I did in California around 30 min to 45 min each day/ around 4 to 5 times a week and I prayed one sentence the morning. I memorized Mitvah/ Completed my exercises/ Meditated or prayed. I did one day by week an ‘adaptation’ Shabbat in a synagogue or listen rabbi Jacobson video/ History Jews movies&Book or Class conversion.
That what I was able to give&what I want to give again. I un focused on my life without routine!
Now, something miss; probably a time of prayer before eating and time of rest for festival.
My fast is not right, I don’t do that with exactly the right intention; so now I’m sick.
