Your Soul Workout Journal

Question One: In three words, describe your personality.
Resilient, caring, adventurous

Question Two: List five of your most dominant interests.
Being active, reading, camping, being outside, chocolate + my children and grandchildren. I know it’s six, but I always stretch the boundaries and couldn’t pick one to eliminate.

Question Three: Describe your character, including your virtues, vices, strengths, and weaknesses.
Character & Virtues; Integrity, accepting responsibility for actions, adventurous.
Vices; chocolate, people pleaser at my expense, can’t be just ‘me’ cause I don’t know
who that truly is or unable to accept that self as being good enough. I should be
more. I think to much about myself and not about others as I should. Impatient.

Question Four: List the past four opportunities that opened doors for you. Who faciliated those opportunities?
I think I did after hearing heartfelt advice from others or truly taking time to evaluate them myself.

Question Five: In the coming year, what opportunities would you like to have open to you?
Get settled with myself – like myself, accept myself. Find a place to live and a job that is what I want and need to feel contentment. Find happiness in living as a single person.

Question Six: Who are the people who you most often deal with? List the greatest joy(s) and the greatest challenge(s) in dealing with them.
At my job. Not many joys. Feeling that I’m not working up to their expectations – that I don’t feel are realistic.

Question Seven: If you have a mentor, describe what you admire about your mentor. If you do not yet have a mentor, describe what qualities you’d like your mentor to have — qualities which you would like to emulate.
Don’t have one. Qualities of self-assurance and strong, confident presentation.

Question Eight: List the places where you have lived. What possibilities did each place offer you?
NY- family and friends, country living.
TN- better quality of live financially, outdoor activities
PA- closer to family again, working on everything else still as I just moved here 7 mos ago.

Question Nine: List the places where you have traveled to. You can list just the ones that had a clear effect on you, or all of them. In each place, what changed in you as a result of your visit? What did visiting each place teach you?
Scotland, Wales, Ireland-culture, majestic outdoors. Felt connected to me.
RV/Camping trips with family and friends-experiencing new places with people that mean a lot to me. Sharing and building memories that Warm my heart.
