When you really love someone
Just go out of your way
And sacrifice your comfort
To brighten up the other person’s day.
And when you could look at others that way
They’ll feel very special
And this is what they’ll say
It’s nice to know that you really do care.
So I don’t have to feel that there’s nobody out there
Discussing it with someone who cares is a must,
Even if they cannot help you
It’s important to be open to someone that you feel you can trust.
Relationships are healthy
When you’re ready to share,
And yes — especially with someone
That you know will always be there.
If you ever have a problem
That you can’t figure out
Always put trust in that person
Who has shown you what real love is all about.
They may be right
And they may be wrong
But at least you know
That together we will be strong.
