These exercises are based on the article Lighting Instructions.
1) Become a flame
Something that comes easy for you, may be a huge struggle for another. Harness your natural abilities to help a friend, co-worker, or family member.
2) RISES: Don’t be satisfied with the status quo.
Identify an area in your life that you wish to improve or an area where you can be improved, even if just a tiny notch.
IE. Such as your patience or your bedtime.
3) ON IT’S OWN: Become a perpetual source of illumination
Establish a routine that will positively impact your day and those around you.
IE. Saying hi to a co-worker, refilling the water container, listening to your partner in earnest, or making healthy eating decisions.
